• Access to User Profiles
• Initiate update requests of non-sensitive personal and employer details
• Fund Prices
• Account Information (Balances & Transaction details)
• Enquiries (Pension Calculators, Fund Rates, Referral & Rewards)
• Receive In-App messages on new features, quick tips, and promotional offers.

For registration, you will be directed to the Web Portal to provide the necessary details for enrollment. Additionally, for Micro Pension contributions, you will be guided to a payment gateway to finalize the transaction. Users with multiple profiles can effortlessly switch roles.

To embark on this journey:

• Visit your App store, search for ‘Premium Pension Mobile App,’ and tap the download/install button.
• Open the App and Register on the Mobile App.
• For “Member User Type,” an activation link will be dispatched to your registered Email. If not received, kindly contact CSU on 09 4615700-4 for the verification link. Please note this is a one-time process required solely for the initial App usage.
• Input your User Name and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it.
